Today’s spotlight is on Victoria Tanner, or Tori. Tori was our lone senior this year and even though she graduated last weekend, she will remain a part of the Kay Michael Lee family as an instructor this fall. The girls have always looked up to Tori and are thrilled she will be able to share her knowledge and passion for dance as a teacher! Tori has been dancing for 16 years and has been shining brightly on the diamond line at Kay Michael Lee Studio for 4 years. Because her life is so invested in dance, Tori doesn’t have much time for other activities, but that’s how she likes it! Tori’s favorite vacation was a trip she took in February with the dance team to Phoenix, AZ. She loved being there with girls, soaking up the warm weather, and the chance to dance with amazing dancers and choreographers made it even more amazing! Something unusual that most people don’t know about Tori is that she thinks spicy pickles taste good with chocolate milk. She said don’t ask her how she knows that, but just trust her and try it! Tori’s perfect Saturday would be spent with her friends on a warm day — not too hot, but hot enough — at the lake. They would go swimming and goof off for hours and then when it got dark out they would have a bonfire and hang out until everyone fell asleep.
