Williston Senior | Chloee’s Stundal

Senior

Some sessions just fall into place when you wait for the right timing. As a Williston senior photographer, I’ve learned that patience pays off and Chloe’s summer night session was proof. We had rescheduled for better weather, and wow… the evening we landed on gave us golden skies, colorful flowers, and a sunset that made everything glow.

Starting Downtown: Old Armory Vibes + Summer Blooms

We kicked off downtown on Main, chasing that soft summer light. Chloee looked amazing against the historic brick of the old armory, and then we stumbled across the prettiest blue-purple flowers tucked behind the police station (yes, behind the cop shop, sometimes the best locations are the unexpected ones). That combo of edgy architecture and soft florals gave us such a variety of looks right from the start.

Clark State Park Senior Adventure Session

From downtown, we headed out to Clark State Park. Fun twist, someone was actually at the gate collecting entry fees (that was new for me, even with my park pass!). Once inside, we made the most of every spot. Chloee and her sister Kyah laughed their way down the walking trail, and we paused to grab some shots of Chloe with her mom Brooke, plus a few with all three of them- Brooke, Chloee, & Kyah.

The dock was my favorite surprise. Because the water was too shallow for boats, it was wide open for us. Those clean wooden lines pulled your eye right to Chloee, and it felt so peaceful with the lake stretching behind her.

Sunset Bridge + Beach Dresses

As the sun dropped lower, we chased it to a little bridge just up the road. We parked off the road and made our way to the bridge, and the timing was perfect. Warm golden light wrapped around Chloe, making her hair absolutely glow.

Our last stop was the beach. Chloee and Kyah changed into dressier outfits. We took some more photos of the girls by the water. Between the dresses, the sunset, and the laughter, it was one of those senior sessions that just felt right.

Why I Love Being a Williston Senior Photographer

Sessions like Chloee’s remind me why I love photographing seniors in Williston. Every corner of town, from downtown brick walls to quiet park trails can become the backdrop for memories that last forever. Senior year is about celebrating who you are right now, and Chloee’s session was full of joy, love, and that unstoppable summer energy.
