For Leif’s senior session, we went to his family farm and then to some nearby land that he used to play at as a child. We were hoping for a colorful sunset, but the sun didn’t shine favorably upon us, so we waited a few days and took some more running photos at sunset.Leif had a great senior year. He was voted in the top ten for Homecoming. He ran in cross country and track, played basketball, and was in band for all 4 years. Leif is an honor student with a 4.0 grade point average. He won first place in the Rotary Club essay contest and was given a scholarship of $750. Leif also received 2 scholarships from the Coyote Foundation, the Dana Ebel Memorial Basketball Scholarship for $500 and the Marek Trust Memorial Scholarship for $500. Next year he is going to Minnesota State University, majoring in finance.
