We visited three very fitting locations for Jaxen’s senior shoot. Jaxen likes Williston and enjoys learning all of its history, and the first spot we visited was an area near town that has Badland bluffs. Even though it had rained for a few days prior to our shoot, the stunning scenery provided a beautiful backdrop for North Dakota senior pictures. Next, we headed back to town for some urban pictures downtown. The lighting was perfect, and for the future architecture major at Montana State University in Bozeman, an ideal spot to capture more pictures. Jaxen helps out on the family farm, but his real passion is for architecture and real estate development. He was an intern at Windsong Development this summer and loved it. Jaxen draws floor plans for homes for hours and would love the opportunity to build homes for a career. Our 3rd location showcased Jaxen’s love of swimming. When Jaxen’s mom, Lana, asked me to take swimming pictures, I was nervous because I hadn’t even done it before, but I am so glad I got the opportunity to do it. I rented some underwater casing for my camera and jumped at the chance — feet first of course. The combination of the three locations allowed us to paint a perfect portrait of who Jaxen is.Here’s a fun questionnaire I had all my seniors fill out!Favorite Dessert: Oreo cookie saladNickname: JackFavorite form of social media or combo (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat): SnapchatFavorite website: Realtor.comDream Job: UndecidedBiggest Accomplishment in school so far: National honor societyUnusual talent I have: I can play the pianoFavorite Place on Earth:Williston, NDFavorite Song: The river flows in youPerson I want to meet: A president, I don’t care which oneFavorite things in my closet: My tiesFavorite Brand: Nike3 Things I can’t live without: Family, friends and HGTVSomething I always have in my purse/wallet/pocket: My phoneFavorite App on my phone: FacebookMy goals after high school: Graduate college and be successfulMy Hobbies: Swimming, playing piano, drawingMy friends would describe me as: Random, goofyMy favorite part of the senior shoot: The unique locations
